Silver Service: A drop-in visit
– To feed, clean out etc. Stay the time to carry out required and agreed upon pet care tasks and make sure all is well.
Gold Service: A ½ hour visit
– Includes everything provided in the Silver Service, plus stay longer to provide some extra company for your pet (and some cuddles or play time, if they enjoy this!)

How to Book?
- Please email me (kat@walkhamvalleypetcare.co.uk)in the first instance.
- Once I have confirmed availability, I will plan a brief visit to you and your pet in your home, to go through your routine and requirements. I can bring my qualification certificates, insurance & DBS documents to give you peace of mind.
- I will go through an agreement form with you to outline the pet care service I will be providing while you are away, and to record any emergency contact numbers, vet details, and any dietary or medical requirements etc.
This form can be viewed on the Contact page. - We will then arrange payment method – please note: a small deposit to secure your booking is required, with the amount dependant on the agreed upon service. The remainder of the payment will then be due on the first day of my visiting your pet.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Number of Pets Covered by Services:
The above given prices for each service will cover 1 to 3 animals of the same species within one home.
Services to homes with 4+ of the same species might incur an additional £1 charge for each extra pet, which will be agreed upon booking – this is due to the extra time and attention required to provide suitable care.
Providing Pet Care Supplies:
All required food, bedding materials and cleaning equipment to be provided – unless otherwise agreed upon at time of booking.
In exceptional circumstances there may be a small additional charge for the provision of extra food or bedding materials, every reasonable effort will be taken to communicate this in advance.
Home Visit Locations:
Home visits are limited to roughly a 5-mile radius from my Horrabridge home postcode.
Areas include, but may not be limited to:
Horrabridge, Yelverton, Walkhampton, Grenofen, Dousland, Meavy, Crapstone, Buckland Monachorum, Milton Combe and Tavistock.
Prices listed above are designed to include travel expenses, but any exceptional visits which are further away may incur a small additional charge to cover the extra time and mileage, which would be arranged and made clear upon booking.
Please Note:
This is a small pet care business and a passion project – at busy times I might unfortunately be unable to take on new visits.
It is of the utmost importance to me that I only ever take on a manageable number of customers at any one time, so that I can provide the best service possible to the animals in my care.
Therefore, my policy is that I will take on no more than 4 separate customer visits each day.
